i8fb Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before You Play

Clause 1

Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account on the i8fb Platform. By registering, you warrant that: (a) you are 21 years of age or older; (b) you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for a third party; (c) you are not a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (d) you have not previously been excluded from the i8fb Platform or had an account closed for breach of these Terms. i8fb reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any stage. Accounts found to be held by persons under 21 will be suspended immediately and all balances forfeited.

Clause 2

Account Registration and Verification

Each individual may hold only one account on the i8fb Platform. Multiple accounts registered by the same individual, or accounts registered using false or misleading information, may be closed without notice and any balances forfeited. When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your legal name, date of birth, and a valid mobile number. i8fb reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Verification documents may include a government-issued identity document and proof of address. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.

Clause 3

Deposits

i8fb accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and other payment methods listed on the Platform from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method or promotion. Deposits are credited to your i8fb wallet upon confirmation of receipt. i8fb does not accept cash deposits and is not responsible for funds lost in transit due to errors in the payment details provided by the user. All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.

Clause 4

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. i8fb reserves the right to carry out identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times are typically within 15 minutes for mobile money withdrawals, subject to the payment provider's processing schedule. i8fb reserves the right to withhold withdrawal of funds where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. Bonus funds and free spin winnings may only be withdrawn after applicable wagering requirements have been fulfilled.

Clause 5

Bonuses and Promotions

All bonuses, free spins, and promotional credits offered by i8fb are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the time of the offer. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 30x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made. Free spin winnings are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x unless otherwise stated. i8fb reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. Only one active bonus may be held in a player's account at any one time unless explicitly stated otherwise by i8fb.

Clause 6

Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

i8fb is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players may request deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, or self-exclusion at any time by contacting i8fb support. Self-exclusion requests will be processed within 24 hours of receipt. During a self-exclusion period, i8fb will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded player from opening a new account. Players who have self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent this restriction. i8fb reserves the right to close any account opened in circumvention of a self-exclusion. Clause 7

Account Suspension and Termination

i8fb reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion where it has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the account holder has provided false registration information; (b) the account is being used for fraudulent, collusive, or abusive activity; (c) the account holder has breached any provision of these Terms; (d) the account holder is under the age of 21. Upon account closure for cause, i8fb may forfeit any balance remaining in the account. Where an account is closed without cause by i8fb, any genuine, unwagered balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

Clause 8

Intellectual Property

All content on the i8fb Platform, including but not limited to software, game content, logos, trademarks, graphics, text, and design elements, is the exclusive property of i8fb or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of i8fb.

Clause 9

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, i8fb shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity; (b) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss; (c) any loss arising from system downtime, network interruption, or technical malfunction outside i8fb's reasonable control; (d) any loss arising from your reliance on information or content provided on the Platform. i8fb's total aggregate liability to you under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you on the Platform in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Clause 10

Privacy and Data Protection

i8fb collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and is incorporated by reference. By registering on the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. i8fb uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and stores account information in encrypted form. i8fb does not sell personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory authorities where required by law.

Clause 11

Game Rules and Technical Errors

All games available on the i8fb Platform are operated subject to the individual game rules published by the respective game provider. In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or error during a game round, i8fb reserves the right to void the affected round and return any stakes wagered on that round to the players' accounts. i8fb is not liable for any losses resulting from technical errors that are outside its reasonable control. Where a game result is based on erroneous data or a system fault, i8fb reserves the right to declare the result void and re-run the round where technically feasible.

Clause 12

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall first be referred to i8fb customer support for informal resolution. If the dispute is not resolved informally within 30 days of notification, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with applicable arbitration rules. Nothing in this clause prevents i8fb from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
